Deposits will be waived if a letter of Credit from another utility company states that the applicant has had no late fees for the last two or more years of service. After two years of service from Gila Resource with no late fees, the deposit can be applied to the account with a request from the customer.

Commercial Accounts:

Deposits are based on the consumption history or estimate of consumption of the location. The deposit will accrue 6% annual interest for the customer. Deposits plus interest will be applied to final bill at time of disconnect of service.
