Each commercial customer shall be required to put up in a cash deposit the greater amount of deposit required for size of meter, as listed above, or twice the amount of the largest month of estimated or actual water consumption.

Final Bills:
When final billing, if you move within our system, the deposit moves with you. If you move out of our system, then the deposit goes toward the final bill. Final bills are generated twice a month.
